The Maximum Occupancy is limited to 7 adults. (CHECK OUT TIME: 11am)
We hope you enjoy your stay and please let us know if something is not functioning properly so we can quickly address it during your stay. For general House Keeping/Property issues please TEXT and then call us.
1. Parking is limited to no more than 3 cars at all times.
2. NO Events or Loud Music/Noise are allowed for any reason. Quite time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
3. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home.
4. The house is for you and the guests staying only. In the even someone visits that is not in the guest party, they MAY NOT stay overnight at the property. Any person at the property is the sole responsibility of Booking Guest.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and report any problems immediately
6. The owners are not responsible for interruptions of cable or internet or phone service caused by the service providers but we will try to resolve any issue quickly.
7. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
8. Pets are NOT allowed on the premises due to allergies of other guests.
9. We do not permit the bath towels or linens to be taken from the house.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as it could clog pipes.
11. The Hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings/valuables of the guest and always remember to lock all doors, windows & the gate when no one is at the house.
12. Booking guest must me 25 or older
